Do not overlook the importance of ski bindings. All too often, they're seen as afterthoughts, but that shouldn't be the case at all. A binding like the Look NX 10 is a perfect example. Built and designed a lot like the upper-level bindings from Look, the NX 10 has a perfect blend of safety and performance. For lighter adults or heavier junior skiers looking for consistent release values and a high-quality feel, the NX 10 is an ideal choice. The Dual Action Toe is reminiscent of the immaculate Pivot binding, but in a lighter and easier to use format. The static AFD contributes to the stronger performance, as there's less movement overall in the binding. They also have a 180-degree multi-directional release that has a true mechanical vertical release. Skiing can be a rough sport sometimes, so it's important to have the proper gear to keep you as safe as possible. The heel is pretty easy to step in and out of, as the wider heel throw takes in energy better than a narrower one. With 12 mm of heel elasticity, the bindings will stretch before they eject, minimizing pre-releases and increasing performance. That elasticity is a bit greater in the toe, with a 45mm elastic travel. Where to Find Your Boot Sole Length (BSL)
The boot sole length is not your foot size or boot size; it is a millimeter measurement of the boot shell. Ski boot manufacturers emboss this measurement into the plastic shell at the heel or under the arch. The number will fall between 255-365mm for an adult ski boot. This number will be greater than your mondo boot size (
eg.
a mondo size of 23.5 commonly has a BSL of 275mm). Please include the “mm” unit to indicate that the number given is the BSL and not the mondo size. Without this precise manufacturer's measurement, we cannot mount your skis.
If we are given incorrect mounting info, the buyer will be responsible for any remounting or restocking fees.
Binding Check:
Buyer is responsible
for taking Ski + Binding to a certified ski shop before use to make final adjustments and do a safety release check.  We do NOT set DIN levels.
Product Availability
Our eBay store shares much of its inventory with our family-owned retail store in Stowe, VT and sometimes our inventory is not accurate due to purchases made locally. If you purchase something that is sold out, we will try our best to find you a suitable replacement item. Any payment for an item that is not available will be refunded immediately. Keep in mind that weekend purchases are not finalized until Monday due to our eBay Department schedule.
