Antique Hunting Pointer Setter Dog Wall Hanging Cardboard Circles B&W Prints

This is an unusual antique wall hanging, possibly a school or ladies art project adorned with black and white hunting dog prints. It consists of three 8 in. cardboard circles, strung together with cord. Each circle has a black and white print of hunting dogs, English Setters, and Pointers glued to it. This is such a charming piece. I believe it is early 20th century. It's not perfect, and has a few water spots, rough edges and defects. If you have any ideas on it's use (flue cover?) please let me know.
