This is an OFFICIAL NATIONAL LEAGUE (White) Baseball signed by former Cubs, Mets, Braves, Phillies, Yankees and Angels outfielder BILLY COWAN in black pen.  The signature rates an 8.5/10.  The ball is moderately toned and spotted throughout.  Please look at pictures for further detail.  I am happy to send/post more pictures upon request, if needed.
