It depicts two beautiful English setter dogs that have just flashed a small game bird-- perhaps a Quail?
The caption reads:  Setters anglais
which roughly translates to:  English setters
It is very large (folio size), measuring approximately 10.5 x 14.5 inches (26.5 x 36.5 cm). The picture fills most of the page, with a French caption below.
The page is in excellent condition for its age.
