This is an OFFICIAL LEAGUE Baseball signed by former Rangers, Mariners and Reds catcher DONNIE SCOTT in black felt tip pen.  The signature rates a 9.5/10.  The ball itself is lightly toned and spotted throughout.  Please look at pictures for further detail.  I am happy to send/post more pictures upon request, if needed.
