Parameters: Design Pressure: 450 psig / 3.1MPa / 31 bar Temperature Range: -320/450 F Max Flow Rate: 31 gpm Weight: 21 lbs 6 oz FlatPlate CH series DX evaporators offer a cost effective alternative to conventional "chiller barrels" and other liquid chiller designs. It is designed specifically for DX water chilling and liquid cooling applications that use R22, R134A, R404A, R407C and other halocarbon refrigerants. The advantages of FlatPlate CH series DX evaporators include their compact size and lighter weight which reduce shipping and installation costs. This series can also be used as the most advanced and cost effective solution for condensers and heat pumps. It is especially well suited for shell and tube replacement because of its small size and light weight. Technically, this unit could also be used as a water to water high-end brazed plate heat exchanger for outdoor wood boiler or similar hydronic / DHW system (assuming your conditions fit within parameters).
