    Measuring V belts is very difficult but also is very important. I suggest that if the old belt is no longer usable
    you cut it and lay it out straight then measure it otherwise use a cloth measuring tape to go around the outside of the belt. Be sure and mark the beginning
    point.
    The dimension given for v belt is the outside of the belt unless otherwise stated.
    Note:  even though the part number may be correct there are times that the belt will not fit so it is important that the old one is measured.
