Item Specifics

Most of the items I sell are Pre-Loved (USED). There may be light stains, pulls, or other MINOR defects. I look for any and all MAJOR physical defects and make every effort to disclose them (In pics/descriptions), but on occasion I might miss something. Please review the pictures before buying and if in doubt ask me questions.
My items are stored in a pet/smoke free environment. Clothing will not have fur or smoke smell. I steam/wash all items before sending them out. NWT items are not washed/steamed before shipping.

Shipping
: Items are shipped USPS First Class or Flat Rate Priority. I ship once I receive cleared payment. Please allow up to 2 days for handling and processing. I do not regularly ship on weekends. Example of shipping: If an item is purchased Friday afternoon, the item will be shipped Monday.  For international shipping, I participate in eBay’s GSP program.
***I only ship to the verified address on the buyers account (Please double check your address when checking out). If an item is returned to me due to insufficient address on the buyers end, I will charge the buyer for the second shipping fee.
Payment
: Please make payment within 3 days. Items are re-listed after 6 days of non-payment. An unpaid item claim is opened with eBay on the 2nd day. After the claim is opened, the buyer has 4 days to pay for the item. Items are automatically re-listed after the 6
th
day of non-payment. Please contact me via message if you are unable to pay within the 2 day period. Thank you!
Returns:
Unfortunately, at this time I do not accept returns. eBay does have a money back guarantee, but please remember I am a small business and opening a wrongful claim can negatively affect a small seller. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please let me know and I will work with you. Please DO NOT open a NAD return if an item does not fit you (I will contact eBay and open a claim for return abuse). All my items are described with both pictures and descriptions.
I sell mostly “used” clothes, so items will not be in new or perfect condition. If you want an item in perfect condition, please shop outside my eBay store. I work with all buyers, but I ask my buyers to be honest and kind when corresponding with me.
