Navman WIND 3100

Description

Up for sale is a Navman Wind 3100. I purchased this thinking that I could use it on my boat,
but it
does not work 100%
The
wind speed works 100%
in all directions,but the wind direction seems to only work if it coming plus or minus 45 degrees right or left of the bow. If the wind is behind you or off the beam it will not show that direction or wind angle. As you can see from the pictures. The screen has a little dis coloration ,but it does not effect the display.
Included is the 3100 display unit, the operation manual, wind arm, along with  78 feet of cable which does have a splice at 28 feet.
Not sure what the problem is?  You can use it with it's limited use or repair it.  The set up is very detailed, follow the instructions.
