This sits on top of Wood Desk Pen Organizer 1928. This does not come with the dog.
This is an extraordinary likeness of an English Setter that has retrieved a Mallard. He's porcelain and stands on a pedestal. The pedestal is outfitted with a magnet on the bottom, supposedly to help his stability on a metal desk. The dog is about 7 & 3/4 inches long and 6 inches tall. The detail and quality are extraordinary and he is free of chips or cracks. His origins are probably from one of the high quality, well known Japanese companies, but this is only a guess. The porcelain marks are hidden with an applied fabric on the bottom of the figurine.
