Just prior to returning it to us, ensure that there is nothing (e.g. return paperwork, email copy) stuck on the item or anywhere else inside of the box.
Any postage labels or return paperwork must be stuck on the outside box.
Once the item has been returned, we will need to deduct the initial dispatch and also the return freight charges from your refund.
Refunds will only be processed Paypal,  depending on the original method of payment.
