This hand control is for a 2 button Pride Mobility lift chair. It has a five(5) pin connector (see picture of connector end). It also includes the extra connection cable needed for certain chair models.

and we can verify correct hand control
for your chair.  A lot of Pride hand controls look similar but are made to fit only certain chairs.
***Model number of chair is not an accurate means of choosing correct hand control. Most Pride chair models at some time have had hand control model changes and these can only be tracked and matched with serial numbers.
Serial numbers are the only sure match for compatibility.
