    The table tilts properly.  The cart rolls smoothly but does have minimal rust.  However, that does not effect its function.
    All manual adjustments are in good working condition with the exception of the arm rests, the arm rest knobs do not lock in place properly.  The foot placements are in good cosmetic condition.  All upholstery is clean and in good condition.  The Velcro straps are clean and in good cosmetic condition.  The wooden arm rests do not lock in place, the bolts may need tightening.  The rotation system works well to raise and lower the chair.  The overall cosmetic condition of this unit is
    good with the exception of the right wooden arm rest has a couple of cracks (see photos)
