This is an OFFICIAL CAROLINA LEAGUE Baseball signed by former Red Sox and White Sox pitcher TOM MCCARTHY in blue pen.  The signature rates a 7/10.  The ball itself appears used due to the med rub coloring and various scuffing.  Please look at pictures for further detail.  I am happy to send/post more pictures upon request, if needed.
