This is an OFFICIAL LEAGUE Baseball signed by former MLB fan favorite WARREN NEWSON in black pen as well as 2 other unknown players.  The signatures rates an average of about a 4/10 due to fading.  The ball itself is moderately toned and spotted throughout.  Please look at pictures for further detail.  I am happy to send/post more pictures upon request, if needed.
